  • Full French Lace - French Lace is a strong material used at the front edge of a hairpiece in combination with bleached knots to give and extremely undetectable look. The knots are not hidden by lace, but using lighter knots creates the illusion of growing hair. French lace is less fragile than Swiss lace and with care could last a long time.

  • Full Swiss Lace - Swiss Lace is more fragile than French lace but strong enough if handled carefully. It is the most undetectable but also very delicate. Swiss lace needs to be handed with care and is not recommended for first time users to lace front wigs.

  • French Lace + Ear to Ear Stretch - French Lace + Ear to Ear Stretch is a French lace with an elastic material contsructed within the unit for maximum durability and elasticity. This will allow a client to pull back the hair in a high ponytail while offering a adjustable "perfect" fit. *Recommended*
  • Bleached Knots : Bleaching of the knots in the frontal hair line creates the most natural look so the hair appears to be growing right from your scalp. * Recommended*

  • What does Cap base mean?

Cap base is the material on which the hair of the unit is supported on. Everyone has a different lifestyle and consequently there are several different types of bases: French Lace, Swiss Lace, or Thin Skin.

    What is Thin Skin?

Thin skin is a very thin poly material . This type requires the hair to be injected into it, which also give the appearance of the hair growing directly from your scalp. It has a very natural look and is very extremely difficult to detect it with touch.  While the Thin Skin is less breathable than the lace, it does offer you a natural hairline, short maintenance with the use of strong tapes and wig adhesives.  It also has an easy application, and is more durable than lace making it the number one recommend base for first time wig buyers.

This is my first lace wig, will I have to have a stylist attach my wig?

No, not at all.  Directions for secure attachment are included with your purchase. However, if you would like to have a professional apply the wig that would not be a problem.  You are welcome to have your favorite stylist cut, color and style your hair as desired.

    How are the wigs measured?

The hair for the custom wigs are measured prior to being placed on the caps.  Selected measurements will be from the crown. Example:  If you want 16 inches from the nape of your neck you will need to add 2 more inches to your order.

Do you offer refunds our exchanges?

We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a five day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig, you have five days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig. Please note that if you exchange your wig for an item of greater value, you will need to pay the price difference. Conversely, if you exchange your wig for an item of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig or have a wig made to your specifications. We do not allow multiple exchanges per order. Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other haircare products are non-returnable.

How long will this wig last?

With proper care, this wig can last for years. Styling, product, type of glue and remover will all play a factor on the longevity of your wig as it would with your normal hair.

How often do I need to reapply the wig adhesive?

Generally with an Extended-Wear Wig Adhesive you can wear your wig for 3 weeks before reapplying. Depending on your bodies oil chemistry, factors into the type of hold you can achieve.

Can I get this wig wet?

Most Definitely!  You can swim in your lace wig if you use a extended-wear adhesive. However, to ensure the maximum secure attachment it is recommended that you not get the hair wet within the first 24 hours after application.  The adhesive will need to set for the first 24 hours to give you extra security and prevent slipping.
