Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 9-6, EST. So if your order is placed in the evening or on the weekend, please keep in mind that it will not be received until the next business day (Monday).

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. USPS is our primary shipping carrier. Priority Mail is our standard shipping method and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation. You may also select the Express Mail option. USPS does not provide real-time tracking information for Priority Mail. According to USPS estimates, Priority Mail is normally delivered in 2-3 business days within the United States.
Express Mail is available for US customers only. According to USPS estimates, Express Mail is normally delivered in 1-2 business days within the United States. (The USPS does not guarantee the delivery time for Express Mail)
Express Mail shipping labels are printed electronically online and require a valid e-mail address as you will receive notification of your shipment via e-mail. (Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from The Hair Biz.net™) You can track Express Mail shipments real-time via the USPS website. You may also use our Contact Us form if you have any additional questions regarding your order.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit to you. Therefore we strongly suggest you consider adding insurance coverage to your order. Insurance is available for $2.50 per $100 dollars in package value.
Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. Lost, stolen, or damaged orders will be replaced ONLY if the customer purchased insurance at the time the order was placed. We consider any order to have been received when the delivery status for the package is "Delivered".
If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced (provided that the order was insured at the time of shipment) Upon confirmation of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or the you will be issued a credit (minus the shipping costs). We are not responsible for uninsured shipments which are lost or damaged in transit.
All international packages are shipped by Global Priority Mail or Global Airmail Parcel Post. All international shipping labels are printed electronically online and require a telephone number to be supplied on the shipping form. International transit times vary, depending on the destination country. Please also note that international shipments are often delayed by customs inspections.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. TheHairBiz.net cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We ship to many countries, US territories, and military addresses.
Custom Order Return Policy
We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a three (3) day exchange on custom wigs only. Once you recieve your unit, you have three days to contact us to exchange it for a different unit. Please note that if you exchange your wig for an item of greater value, you will need to pay the price difference. Conversely, if you exchange your wig for an item of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, colored, or that have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig or have a wig made to your specifications. Customer pays the $15 shipping fee to ship new exchanged unit. We do not allow multiple exchanges per order. We only allow one exchange per order.
Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other haircare products are non-returnable.
Our return and exchange policy only applies to purchases made through the TheHairBiz.net website. This policy does not apply to items purchased through resellers or auction websites. Any other sales outside of this site, we have no affiliation with, and we will not honor any claims thereof.
